Tom Rinaldi as Managing Director for Philadelphia Region

Texcel Inc. President Tom Rinaldi as Managing Director in
the Philadelphia region.

accounts. In addition, Rinaldi’s subject-matter-expertise
and deep operational experience within the staffing industry

Rinaldi’s educational credentials include a Master’s Degree
in Personal Counseling from Troy University and his
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from The Catholic University
of America. Prior to entering the staffing industry in the
early 80’s, Rinaldi was an Aircraft Commander in the USAF.
