This profitable, highly regarded, growing, services oriented organization is seeking to hire several software developers for internal systems applications development. The ideal candidate will have experience with software development experience using Microsoft technologies, including VB6, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2000. Additional experience with XML and AJAX is desirable. A complete understanding of n-tier application development is a must. Great communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.

Entry level positions should include an Associates Degree at a minimum; Bachelors Degree is preferred, with relevant coursework and some project familiarity in the Microsoft development suite. Individuals with a work history should demonstrate growth in job responsibilities. The position does not require management experience, but the candidates must have good project skills.

A successful candidate will also exhibit a strong to desire to learn and understand all aspects of the company’s operations and be able to interact directly with other departments.
