Technical Support Specialist/Developer

Our
client is expanding its development team as product
demand continues to grow. They are in search for a
diversified and talented mid-senior level Support
Specialist/Developer that can support their clients’
needs. This company has developed a software product
that is instrumental for productivity and accuracy.
Currently their products are being implemented across
the US, this is a new role developed to help support and
continue to grow the company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

Assuring the company's products are successfully
installed and initial data import.
·
Maintain to assure a high level of user productivity.
·
Work
closely with Development and Product Support to achieve
successful implementations and resolve support requests
in a professional manner.
·
Developing and maintaining programs to interface the
products with the clients' administrative systems.
·
Communicating availability of new releases to clients
and developing "readme" files to support client
installation,
Skills:
·
5+
years of technical support experience
·
Experience using Wise Install Builder, Wise for Windows
Installer, Maximizer, VB 6.0 and VB .Net, MS SQL Server,
Oracle 10 and Windows.
·
Microsoft certifications a plus.
·
Excellent communication skills a must.
·
Minimum two years college with technical major. |
