Software Engineer

Our client is the leader in providing contactless payment and loyalty services for foodservice operators, Fortune 100 corporations, healthcare and government.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join their Information Technology Development Team. An ideal candidate for this position will be very hands-on, comfortable assimilating design work done on systems to date, implementing solutions and meeting aggressive deadlines. The candidate must have a good understanding of OO design, .NET development environment experience and programming skills. We are seeking a full time candidate with an understanding of systems architecture, experience with C# and SQL Server database programming. Experience with C, C++ and web application development with ASP.Net is desired. A minimum of 3 years experience as a programmer.

Experience, Skills, Education:

Required:

·Bachelors degree in CS, EE, or equivalent

·3 years experience programming, including C#, C, C++, ASP.NET

·Experience in enterprise scale, distributed system architecture and design

·Strong understanding of Object Oriented principles and their application in .NET designs

Pluses:

·Good familiarity with SQL Server in database design principles, T-SQL, stored procedures, etc.

·Experience developing XML Web Services in C#

·Candidates with electronic payments experience and/or embedded software experience.
