Quality Control Lab Manager

Our growing Central New Jersey pharmaceuticals operating company is seeking a Quality Control Lab Manager to oversee their multi-shift lab operations.

This role will manager a department of 60+ people, providing leadership for all labs related QC functions in support of manufacturing operations. Additional, responsibilities include the developing and implementing (SOPs) assuring compliance with corporate and government regulations.

Areas of management responsibilities will include Regulatory Compliance, Raw Materials and Finished Product testing (chemical and microbiology, physical, etc.),
 

Persons with QC managerial skills, including laboratory management, and a minimum of 10 years experience and hands-on work may qualify. This experience should encompass OTC and Rx Pharmaceuticals, including NDA filed products. Sterile and aseptic processing experience is a plus. Thorough knowledge of FDA regulations and involvement in establishing quality systems desired. Communication skills and the ability to interact with customers and colleagues at all levels are required.
