Support Technician

Our client manufactures industry-leading power devices
for wireless and broadband applications. They are
pursuing an open-minded, creative technician to join
their team. They provide an excellent work culture that
offers the chance for progression. They are seeking a
solid individual who will support
the Information Technology systems needs for the
manufacturing and ancillary IT systems. Provides
technical assistance and training to system users.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
•
Installs and upgrades software applications.
•
Troubleshoots, maintains, and monitors, hardware
components and peripheral components such as hard
drives, keyboards, printers, and monitors.
•
Responds to client inquiries concerning systems
operation and diagnoses system hardware, software,
network and operator problems.
•
Supports and works on IT HelpDesk.
Education and/or Experience
•
Minimum of AA degree (BA/BS degree preferred) with 3+
years of experience.
•
Technical knowledge in software, hardware and network
systems.
•
Exposure to manufacturing software/hardware systems
preferred.
