Industrial Engineer

NJ- Northern

 Our client manufactures industry-leading power devices for wireless and broadband applications. They are pursuing an open-minded, creative engineer to join their team. They provide an excellent work culture that offers the chance for progression. They are seeking a solid individual who will be responsible for improving and supporting Fab Process, MES systems and other related activities in a wafer manufacturing process.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Capacity analysis and planning.
• Problem solving and improvements in areas like: SPC, process control, recipe download, etc.
• Production performance monitoring.
• Leading continuous improvement efforts.
• Assisting production with data analysis.
• Assisting or leading MES upgrades.

 Education and/or Experience

• BS in Industrial Engineering & Computer Science, and 3+ years of experience
• Understanding of MES systems.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
