Customer Support Engineer
Qualifications:
BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent
3+ years of industry experience working on
challenging software architecture
Strong experience and understanding of LAN/WAN
implementations and protocols.
Strong understanding of Unix/Linux systems and
administration.
Additional Skills/Experience:
Certifications like CCNA, Network+
Experience with IP networking, especially good
knowledge of routing protocols
Experience with MySQL or other relational databases
Experience with voice or video over IP applications
