Position Description

Customer Support Engineer

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent

  • 3+ years of industry experience working on challenging software architecture

  • Strong experience and understanding of LAN/WAN implementations and protocols.

  • Strong understanding of Unix/Linux systems and administration.

Additional Skills/Experience:

  • Certifications like CCNA, Network+

  • Experience with IP networking, especially good knowledge of routing protocols

  • Experience with MySQL or other relational databases

  • Experience with voice or video over IP applications
